   That looks really easy. I’d just google up ‘crochet ball’ to get a pattern on how to make a sphere, then the stems look like simple chains. The eyes appear to be small round black beads, and the mouth is just stitched on. The leaf could go like this:

   ch7
   sc in second ch from hook, hdc 2 times, dc, hdc 2 times, sc, join to original chain.
